Who operates this site
This site is operated by Ken Toh in Singapore. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to kentoh83@gmail.com.
Information collected
When you browse the site, hosting and analytics services may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and visit times.
Google Analytics is used to understand aggregate site usage. It may use a first-party cookie, including the _gacookie, to distinguish visitors and sessions.
If you use the SEO Content Audit Tool, the submitted URL, seed keyword, goal, selected language, and market are processed to generate the report. Your IP address is also used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. The site does not maintain its own database of audit submissions.
How information is used
- to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site;
- to understand traffic and improve content and usability;
- to generate SEO audit reports requested by visitors;
- to prevent spam, misuse, and excessive tool requests; and
- to meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
Information is shared only as needed with services that help run the site. These currently include the hosting provider, Google Analytics (covered by the Google Privacy Policy), and Thinking Notes, which processes audit inputs and outputs. Security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile and a short-lived rate-limit store may also be enabled to protect the audit tool. These providers may process information outside Singapore under their own privacy terms.
Personal information is not sold or rented. It may be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site, visitors, or others.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Analytics retention is controlled through Google Analytics settings. Audit inputs and outputs are handled under the Thinking Notes retention practices, while rate-limit records are short-lived. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some site features. You may also choose not to use the SEO Content Audit Tool if you do not want its inputs processed by Thinking Notes.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about personal data held about you, request access or correction, or withdraw consent by emailing kentoh83@gmail.com. You can learn more about Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act from the Personal Data Protection Commission.
